When does someone know they might need therapy?
Seek professional support if persistent sadness, anxiety, or life changes feel overwhelming and affect your relationships or daily life. There is freedom in talking to someone outside your world;
I offer a neutral space, free from shared history, where your growth is the only agenda.
How do online sessions work?
Online sessions are offered via Teams to any location within the UK.
Finding a quiet, private space is essential for effective online therapy, ensuring you can speak freely, focus fully, and maintain confidentiality without interruptions. A suitable, secluded area helps you feel emotionally safe and secure while engaging in sessions.
Can AI help?
While AI can offer support and tools for mental health, it's generally not considered a replacement for a human counsellor. AI lacks the warmth, intuition, and the ability to build a trusting relationship that are crucial for successful therapy.
