About Sarah
Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist (MBACP)
Based in North London, I offer in-person and online counselling, psychotherapy, and CBT for adults (18+). I support you in understanding your inner dialogue, recognising patterns, and taking greater control of your choices.
I work with anxiety, depression, and the experience of “not coping,” including harsh inner critics, anxiety spirals, low motivation, attachment wounds, and recovery from abuse. Together, we explore the emotional patterns driving your distress.
I also specialise in ADHD and neurodivergence from a neuroaffirmative perspective, combining clinical knowledge with lived experience, and offering practical tools to support understanding and growth.
Alongside private practice, I work within NHS Talking Therapies and at Mind Barnet/Enfield. My work is grounded in ongoing training, clinical experience, and evidence-based practice.

How I work
My 3 pillars of therapeutic growth are:
- Building a strong alliance with a client to foster trust
- Growing self-awareness and in turn, self-compassion
- Gaining the confidence to make different choices
Whether we work open-ended or time-limited, your process is the priority. We can dive deep into how childhood shapes your adulthood, or stay focused on a specific goal or recurring thought or behaviour. In both, the client's individual process is respected and held by me.
We’ll work together to dismantle deep-seated patterns and break the cycle. By combining deep exploration with practical cognitive tools, I help you rewrite ingrained behaviours and build lasting self-awareness
Trauma-informed care is the foundation of my work. I provide the tools—like breathwork and emotion-focused techniques—to help you navigate your day-to-day with more ease.
