From overwhelm to clarity & connection
Does it feel like everyone else was handed a "life manual" while you were left searching for answers?
Are you someone who feels lost or disconnected in your relationships, friendships and family members?
Is anxiety getting in the way of fun, pleasure and fulfilment, leaving you stuck and frustrated?
"Sarah is a fantastic therapist, she truly understands me, knows how to communicate with me and how to support me".

Hi, I’m Sarah. I know how it feels when life is an uphill battle—because I’ve been there.
I help clients break free from the cycle of overwhelm and old patterns, so you can finally reconnect with your true self and build the deep, meaningful relationships you deserve with the people who matter most.
I now have the privilege of helping guide others through one-to-one sessions, in-person in Barnet or online, helping you find your way back to yourself.
"I’m so grateful I took the leap to begin therapy. It’s made such a meaningful difference in my life".
THE BENEFITS OF COMING TO COUNSELLING
Imagine feeling more connected and being in more enriching familial or romantic relationships and friendships where you can show up just as you are?
How would it feel going to bed, and instead of worries and frustrations of the day keeping your brain awake you were able to drift off into an uninterrupted sleep?
How might it feel to be more content and at peace with yourself and feel a boost in self-confidence, accepting that you are enough and perfectionism is not what you’re after?
"Sarah has been a truly transformative therapist, for the first time, I feel a genuine sense of peace and connection to my most authentic self."

If any of this sounds familiar to you and you’d like to know how I can help. Contact me below with your name, contact details, and a short message to get started as soon as today.
